Narrative:

Part 121 operation: after closing the aircraft to boarding and then reopening it 2 times, an error was made in calculating total passenger and baggage on the final draft of the weight and balance. I, the first officer, and the ground personnel both miscalculated during simple addition and this resulted in a takeoff weight that was 200-300 pounds less than calculated. This resulted in a landing weight that was 50-100 pounds over that allowed at the destination. No other problems occurred during the flight. The incident was later debriefed with the flight crew and the chief pilot and director of operations. Recurrent weight and balance training was given to the flight crew and ground personnel. This was documented in training records to prevent recurrence.
