Narrative:

Ground control issued a taxi instruction to runway 23 and to hold short at taxiway B (runway 30 was active but is too short for us to use). Runway 23 is generally the active runway at morristown and out of habit we came to taxiway B, cleared both ways and taxied across the active runway. I am 'under the gun' at work because I filed a complaint about a hostile chief pilot. Since then (3 weeks ago) they have been flying me non stop and I have been under extreme stress. I believe this stress contributes to my lack of focus with my pilot duties. The corrective action I plan to take is to get a new job before something worse happens.
