Narrative:

Cleared for takeoff on runway 15R. Another aircraft reported 2 mi final runway 22L. At approximately 100-110 KTS, tower called us saying 'takeoff clearance canceled.' captain aborted aircraft (rejected takeoff). Tower asked if we could hold short from runway 22L. First officer replied, 'negative.' (policy is captain rejects all takeoffs.) landing aircraft on runway 22L initiated a go around. After rejected takeoff checklist completed, we had fire trucks inspect aircraft for damage and tire damage. No problems noted. We taxied back for another takeoff. Tower controller should not have canceled our takeoff clearance. Should have sent the other aircraft around. Concerns for aircraft and passenger at takeoff should have priority over landing aircraft. After flight, captain called bos tower assistant supervisor. He said they were pulling the tapes for review.
