Narrative:

Takeoff warning horn sounded as throttles advanced above 1.4 EPR's. Speed was 20 KTS, taxi cleared. Speed brake handle was not quite in the detent. Jiggled speed brake handle, fixed the problem. Takeoff uneventful.
