Narrative:

Morning takeoff from toledo express airport as air carrier flight xyz at XA20 on sep/xa/99. Takeoff checklist completed in entirety and cleared for takeoff on runway 25. Captain at controls, uneventful until 'rotate' called and actual rotation begun. Got stall warning with stick shaker. Captain applied firewall power. First officer went to test 1 position on stall warning system to mute same. Stall warning continued, went to stall warning #2 position -- stall warning stopped. No windshear noted (ATIS had winds less than 10 KTS at field quartering headwind). Cleaned up aircraft and proceeded with uneventful climb out and flight. Wrote up stall warning system at pit.

STALL WARNING CONTINUED, WENT TO STALL WARNING #2 POS -- STALL WARNING STOPPED. NO WINDSHEAR NOTED (ATIS HAD WINDS LESS THAN 10 KTS AT FIELD QUARTERING HEADWIND). CLEANED UP ACFT AND PROCEEDED WITH UNEVENTFUL CLBOUT AND FLT. WROTE UP STALL WARNING SYS AT PIT.
