Narrative:
I had traffic at 11000 ft and cleared the carj to 12000 ft. When the carj questioned the call sign I restated the clearance but said 11000 ft instead of 12000 ft.

Title: ARTCC CTLR AT ZID CLRED A REGIONAL JET TO 11000 FT INSTEAD OF 12000 FT AND CAUSED A CONFLICTION WITH A COMMUTER AT 11000 FT.
Narrative: I HAD TFC AT 11000 FT AND CLRED THE CARJ TO 12000 FT. WHEN THE CARJ QUESTIONED THE CALL SIGN I RESTATED THE CLRNC BUT SAID 11000 FT INSTEAD OF 12000 FT.
