Narrative:

The temperature, pressure, dewpoint, and remarks are missing from most of the buenos aires, argentina metars. In the past, eze operations agents made manual entries providing us with the missing information. They also sent sigmets and information about significant problems at or near eze. Those agents have since been fired and the operations department has been outsourced. Our messages and calls now frequently go unanswered and the WX is not being manually updated. If qualified english speaking operations agents are not available then we must have a reliable source of metars and sigmets. As far as I know, there is now no source for sigmets from argentina.
