On final approach, sjc GS fluctuation of 1/4 DOT with aircraft holding for takeoff and aircraft holding near the end of runway 30R. Other aircraft behind us reported the same. Tower commented to write report because GS has been checked with no faults found. Sounds like sjc needs help getting their point across.
