Narrative:
I observed 2 passenger on right side aggressively approaching the flight attendants at the carts. They were yelling and screaming, and I repeat screaming, about being unhappy with the children in their seat area, and demanded other seats. Their manner was sometimes threatening and terrorizing. It completely disrupted the service and upset many passenger on board. 2 passenger finally gave them their seats.

Title: FLT ATTENDANT RPT, DC10, HNL-ORD, 2 PAX VERBALLY AND PHYSICALLY THREATENING FLT ATTENDANT ABOUT SEAT LOCATION. OTHER PAX EXCHANGED SEATS WITH THEM.
Narrative: I OBSERVED 2 PAX ON R SIDE AGGRESSIVELY APCHING THE FLT ATTENDANTS AT THE CARTS. THEY WERE YELLING AND SCREAMING, AND I REPEAT SCREAMING, ABOUT BEING UNHAPPY WITH THE CHILDREN IN THEIR SEAT AREA, AND DEMANDED OTHER SEATS. THEIR MANNER WAS SOMETIMES THREATENING AND TERRORIZING. IT COMPLETELY DISRUPTED THE SVC AND UPSET MANY PAX ON BOARD. 2 PAX FINALLY GAVE THEM THEIR SEATS.
