Narrative:
Wagge 1 departure. Wagge intersection (rno 164 degree radial 13 DME) has a 10000 ft crossing restr. On this day, takeoff weight 174300 pounds, temperature 79 degrees, -15 pwred aircraft and clean-up altitude of 8000 ft, we were unable to make the crossing restr. Crossed wagge intersection at 8000 ft. Corrective action: don't put -15 pwred B727's out of rno. 2 days prior we took off with -17 pwred B727 and had no problem crossing wagge at 10000 ft.
