Narrative:
Seems to be a recurring problem with power port type aircraft. Have seen several aircraft so equipped that have exposed wires in seat track, causing a tripping hazard to passenger. Also had passenger comment that when he sees things such as this it makes him wonder about the maintenance of the aircraft. I have had to replace several of these blue plastic wire retainers myself so it is not just a localized problem.
