Narrative:

During taxi out we inadvertently taxied onto taxiway K, which has a weight restr of 68200 pounds. At the time we weighed about 107000 pounds. Ground suggested we make a left turn onto taxiway J. When doing that our nosewheel crossed the hold short. I did not review the 10-9 page for any closed txwys for our weight. Had I done this, I would have noted the taxiway and realized that we would have to back taxi slightly on runway 33 to take off. It was our position with relation to the threshold that encouraged me to turn right onto taxiway K.

Narrative: DURING TAXI OUT WE INADVERTENTLY TAXIED ONTO TXWY K, WHICH HAS A WT RESTR OF 68200 LBS. AT THE TIME WE WEIGHED ABOUT 107000 LBS. GND SUGGESTED WE MAKE A L TURN ONTO TXWY J. WHEN DOING THAT OUR NOSEWHEEL CROSSED THE HOLD SHORT. I DID NOT REVIEW THE 10-9 PAGE FOR ANY CLOSED TXWYS FOR OUR WT. HAD I DONE THIS, I WOULD HAVE NOTED THE TXWY AND REALIZED THAT WE WOULD HAVE TO BACK TAXI SLIGHTLY ON RWY 33 TO TAKE OFF. IT WAS OUR POS WITH RELATION TO THE THRESHOLD THAT ENCOURAGED ME TO TURN R ONTO TXWY K.
