Narrative:
I descended aircraft X to FL230 and pilot read back FL220. I thought I heard FL230 so I switched aircraft X to next sector. The next sector missed hearing the pilot state that he was descending out of FL225. Error occurred because receiving controller had aircraft Y traffic at FL220. I was not aware of situation occurring at my sector.
