Narrative:
I tripped over a pillow in the aisle. Company has recently changed pillow case covers from one color to another. They are not noticeable when laying on the same color carpet -- especially during the movie service when cabin is dark. When I tripped, I caught myself, causing cervical strain. I felt instant pain in my right shoulder up my neck.

Title: FLT ATTENDANT RPT, DC10-10, SFO-HNL, PURSER TRIPPED ON PAX PILLOW AND INJURED BACK.
Narrative: I TRIPPED OVER A PILLOW IN THE AISLE. COMPANY HAS RECENTLY CHANGED PILLOW CASE COVERS FROM ONE COLOR TO ANOTHER. THEY ARE NOT NOTICEABLE WHEN LAYING ON THE SAME COLOR CARPET -- ESPECIALLY DURING THE MOVIE SVC WHEN CABIN IS DARK. WHEN I TRIPPED, I CAUGHT MYSELF, CAUSING CERVICAL STRAIN.
