Narrative:

On climb out (logan 2 SID) we were to turn from heading 036 degrees, right turn to 090 degrees at 4 DME. After switching to departure, the departure controller had us level at 3000 ft instead of the depicted 5000 ft. We were cleaning up the aircraft, became a little distraction, and missed the right turn to 090 degrees at 4 DME. Began the turn at 6 DME. Controller at that time asked us if we had begun the turn, reminded us that the turn was at 4 DME and had us turn further to a 120 degree heading. Too much going on at once!
