Narrative:

Aircraft X was taxied into position to hold at taxiway J on runway 33. Aircraft Y was cleared to land on runway 33. Aircraft Y and aircraft Z (helicopter also inbound) required attention on left base and then aircraft Y and aircraft zz did not see each other in pattern. Aircraft Y executed a go around on 1/4 mi final because aircraft X was still in position on runway. (I forgot about aircraft X.)

Narrative: ACFT X WAS TAXIED INTO POS TO HOLD AT TXWY J ON RWY 33. ACFT Y WAS CLRED TO LAND ON RWY 33. ACFT Y AND ACFT Z (HELI ALSO INBOUND) REQUIRED ATTN ON L BASE AND THEN ACFT Y AND ACFT ZZ DID NOT SEE EACH OTHER IN PATTERN. ACFT Y EXECUTED A GAR ON 1/4 MI FINAL BECAUSE ACFT X WAS STILL IN POS ON RWY. (I FORGOT ABOUT ACFT X.)
