Narrative:

As we were climbing out of aus on 050 degree heading to intercept cwk 088 degree radial, aus departure advised us of traffic at 5000 ft maneuvering over cwk. We were trying to acquire this traffic visually. We had it on TCASII 2 mi to our left, when the first officer and so both saw other traffic on our nose. It was 2 hang gliders, 1 white, 1 orange/red at 7000 ft in our flight path. We made 45 degree bank to right to avoid the hang gliders. Aus departure said he did not show any traffic there. If we had not been looking for the 5000 ft traffic, we would not have seen the hang gliders until too late.
