Narrative:

Due to the aggressive attitude against pilots by the FAA inspectors, I am filing this report. I flew the C208B with skydivers on board up to 13500 ft. A cloud layer formed underneath us. I descended VFR around the cloud layer and let the skydivers out about 7000 ft, making all the appropriate announcements on the radio. However, there were comments made that the skydivers went through the cloud layer. This is not true.

Title: A LOW TIME JUMP PLANE PLT APPARENTLY IS CONCERNED THAT AN FAA INSPECTOR HAD THE IMPRESSION THAT JUMPERS HAD DROPPED THROUGH A CLOUD LAYER.

Narrative: DUE TO THE AGGRESSIVE ATTITUDE AGAINST PLTS BY THE FAA INSPECTORS, I AM FILING THIS RPT. I FLEW THE C208B WITH SKYDIVERS ON BOARD UP TO 13500 FT. A CLOUD LAYER FORMED UNDERNEATH US. I DSNDED VFR AROUND THE CLOUD LAYER AND LET THE SKYDIVERS OUT ABOUT 7000 FT, MAKING ALL THE APPROPRIATE ANNOUNCEMENTS ON THE RADIO. HOWEVER, THERE WERE COMMENTS MADE THAT THE SKYDIVERS WENT THROUGH THE CLOUD LAYER. THIS IS NOT TRUE.
