Narrative:

The passenger was sitting in the window seat of the exit row. She was asked several times by different flight attendants to stow her bag (with a carry on dog) underneath the seat ahead of her. She also would not close the bag, as per rules regarding carry-on pets. Both her and her husband became rude and argumentative with all the flight attendants regarding the dog. Her husband was sitting in xx, and passenger offered to move so they could situation together and not cause any more disturbances. They both declined. However, when she still refused to stow the dog/bag for landing, we asked the captain to have security meet the flight. She was affecting the safety of all our other passenger. Personnel removed them from the last flight they were scheduled to go on.
