Narrative:

At guatemala airport on the approach to runway 19, there is a new hotel with 2 strobe white strobe lights on the roof that are lined up with the runway centerline approximately 1/2 mi short of the runway. These lights can easily be misinterped as REIL's -- especially in low light/visibility conditions -- obviously leading the pilot to adjust his aim point well short of the runway. Please inform other pilots of this condition.
