Narrative:

On jul/xa/99, while changing the left nosewheel assembly, I inadvertently failed to install the wheel spacer. It was discovered when the wheel was returned to the repair shop. Since then the company has put out a read/sign letter about the installation of the spacers which I have read and understood. Also I am reminded of the use of the maintenance manual for all the procedures while working on the aircraft.
