Narrative:

Shortly after rotation the first officer called out no indications on the standby airspeed indictor. We cleaned up leveled at FL50 and sorted out the problem. The standby airspeed indicator was showing 0-60-120 KTS, and quite variable. The standby altimeter was in error by several hundred ft and the standby attitude indicator showed erroneous attitude indications. The decision was made to dump fuel and return. Upon inspection by ZZZ maintenance personnel it was found that the standby pitot static instruments were not even connected. It was also determined that work had been performed on one of the standby instruments the previous night by abc maintenance and it was thought that the connectors had not been put on correctly and had worked themselves loose for our flight. The proper connections and tests were made and the standby attitude indicator was replaced. The instruments performed properly on the way to abc.

Narrative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
