Narrative:

Heard bang aft cabin approximately 200 ft prior to leveling at FL410. Observed cabin altitude climbing rapidly. Called for and conducted emergency descent. Only declared emergency because ARTCC would not authority/authorized immediate lower altitude. Leveled at 15000 ft, conducted control checks and crew member checks. Landed uneventfully at ict. Maintenance found seal around water spray pipe failed. Pipe used for in-flight icing testing -- non production.
