Narrative:

Cleared for ILS, DME 1, runway 1 approach. In procedure turn, got TCASII warning, saw traffic visually (a beech baron) at our altitude, less than 1/4 mi, avoided traffic and landed. Talked to tower after landing and they said the baron was to follow us. We were never given the baron as traffic. We were the only aircraft on frequency speaking english.
