Narrative:
After takeoff, we were told to contact portland departure control. I checked in. After check-in, I noticed my voice carrying over the aircraft speaker. I assumed somehow my microphone was stuck on the interphone. Out of 10000 ft, I noticed the microphone switch on my yoke was stuck 'on.' pwm departure said I had a stuck microphone for 5 mins. I should have continued to evaluate the situation to determine the problem.
