Narrative:

Passenger (male) was becoming a nuisance. After denying him yet another drink, he kept coming back to aft galley to request liquor. I had just retrieved my purse to enter the water closet, when I had to answer a passenger call. I left my purse on a jump seat and as this passenger was opening it, another flight attendant caught him. He used some unrecognizable excuse and we used the word 'policia.' he continued to bother us from time-to-time during the remaining 4 hours or so, and 2 female passenger seated next to him complained he was bothering them. Flight attendant #3 moved them to other seats. While I was on my break, another passenger told a flight attendant that her wallet was missing (with $1000 and 10000 pesos). She was seated near this man. On landing in dfw, police arrested and searched him and found the wallet. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the primary reporter said that the man was poking 2 teenage girls sitting next to him on their shoulders. He was caught rifling through the reporter's purse before he could steal anything. She said he caught their attention because he was drunk and hanging around the galley, demanding more liquor. The first officer got involved, and dealt with the man. On arrival in dfw, the reporter and another flight attendant blocked the exit of the main cabin, so the passenger wouldn't deplane. The first officer escorted the police to the back so he could point the man out to the police, who walked back and arrested him. Supplemental information from acn 445208: we refused to serve any alcoholic drinks to him. A lady passenger with her son, came to main cabin galley and told me that her wallet was gone when she went to toilet. She had over $1000 cash in her wallet. She thinks that drunk passenger took her wallet because there was an empty wine bottle next to her purse. We reported to purser and captain about incident. They made a decision to call police when we got to dfw. He also touched one flight attendant's body, too.

HE CONTINUED TO BOTHER US FROM TIME-TO-TIME DURING THE REMAINING 4 HRS OR SO, AND 2 FEMALE PAX SEATED NEXT TO HIM COMPLAINED HE WAS BOTHERING THEM. FLT ATTENDANT #3 MOVED THEM TO OTHER SEATS. WHILE I WAS ON MY BREAK, ANOTHER PAX TOLD A FLT ATTENDANT THAT HER WALLET WAS MISSING (WITH $1000 AND 10000 PESOS). SHE WAS SEATED NEAR THIS MAN.
