Narrative:
Approach control xferred us to tower at 14 mi. The captain called the tower at 14 mi with no response. He called again at 13 mi and was acknowledged by a female controller. At 5 mi on localizer course and on GS with autoplt engaged and autothrottles on we received a TCASII TA. Traffic on TCASII was 700 ft low to our right. No visual contact was made. Then we got a TCASII TA. Traffic on TCASII was 300 ft low to our right. I, the first officer, got a visual of a cessna northbound 300 ft low slightly behind us to our right. I disconnected the autoplt and reduced vertical speed. RA immediately stopped. The captain notified msp tower after landing on a recorded line. We were never notified by the tower controller of the traffic.

AT 5 MI ON LOC COURSE AND ON GS WITH AUTOPLT ENGAGED AND AUTOTHROTTLES ON WE RECEIVED A TCASII TA. TFC ON TCASII WAS 700 FT LOW TO OUR R. NO VISUAL CONTACT WAS MADE. THEN WE GOT A TCASII TA. TFC ON TCASII WAS 300 FT LOW TO OUR R. I, THE FO, GOT A VISUAL OF A CESSNA NBOUND 300 FT LOW SLIGHTLY BEHIND US TO OUR R. I DISCONNECTED THE AUTOPLT AND REDUCED VERT SPD. RA IMMEDIATELY STOPPED. THE CAPT NOTIFIED MSP TWR AFTER LNDG ON A RECORDED LINE. WE WERE NEVER NOTIFIED BY THE TWR CTLR OF THE TFC.
