Narrative:

I mistakenly removed the certificate of aircraft registration from aircraft xyz, when I was installing another registration called 'master registration.' I was asked to remove the old one but in fact the only other 'registration' was this certificate. This was caught when the aircraft certificate arrived in the records department. This happened at ZZZ air carrier airlines, aircraft xyz jul/mon/99.

Title: A B737-200 WAS OPERATED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH THE ACFT CURRENT REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE MISSING.

Narrative: I MISTAKENLY REMOVED THE CERTIFICATE OF ACFT REGISTRATION FROM ACFT XYZ, WHEN I WAS INSTALLING ANOTHER REGISTRATION CALLED 'MASTER REGISTRATION.' I WAS ASKED TO REMOVE THE OLD ONE BUT IN FACT THE ONLY OTHER 'REGISTRATION' WAS THIS CERTIFICATE. THIS WAS CAUGHT WHEN THE ACFT CERTIFICATE ARRIVED IN THE RECORDS DEPT. THIS HAPPENED AT ZZZ ACR AIRLINES, ACFT XYZ JUL/MON/99.
