Narrative:

Had VFR chart folded in a way that I could not see all airports in area of flight. Was utilizing pilotage and dead reckoning. Felt I was wbound direct to oakdale airport, but flew into modesto city airport, which is class D. I had my radio set to oakdale frequency and called my 45 degree entry, base and final. After I landed I realized this airport had a tower, unfolded my chart more, and found out I was at modesto airport, not oakdale. I flew into class D without prior permission and landed without talking to tower.

Title: BONANZA PLT ENTERS CLASS D AIRSPACE AND LANDS AT WRONG ARPT WITHOUT CONTACT WITH TWR.

Narrative: HAD VFR CHART FOLDED IN A WAY THAT I COULD NOT SEE ALL ARPTS IN AREA OF FLT. WAS UTILIZING PILOTAGE AND DEAD RECKONING.
