Narrative:

We just leveled off, the seat belt sign came off, so I started setting up the aft galley for our service. As I was pulling out carts, I looked up and noticed a woman sitting on the armrest of aisle chair in xxd. I stated 'ma'am, you cannot situation on the armrest.' she replied, 'oh, well is it ok if I stand in the aisle and talk to my friend?' I said 'yes, that's fine, thank you.' I finished my duties, then walked up to the forward part of the main cabin. Halfway up, a passenger stopped me, because their headset was broken. So I went behind the last row, where we keep a bag of headsets. As I was getting the passenger new sets, I looked up and both row xxd and the woman I asked to get off the armrest were staring at me. I thought they may have asked me for something when I walked by, but didn't hear them, so I said 'I'm sorry, did you ladies need something?' the lady in xxd said 'no, do you need something?' with an attitude. I replied, 'I'm sorry are you upset I asked your friend to get off the armrest?' then xxd stood up, grabbed me at my forearm, twisting it, and pulled me forcefully into the aft galley and stated: 'we need to talk, what's with your attitude.' I simply pulled my arm away and said 'excuse me, but you cannot physically place your hands on a crew member and unwillingly force them to the back of the aircraft. This is a federal offense. I am calling the captain to radio ahead for the police, they will meet the aircraft and you'll be taken.' at that point, I turned my back to the situation, picked up the phone, called the captain. At that time, the #4 flight attendant had come back to see what was going on. She asked the passenger to return to her seat, which she did. She no longer interfered with our service the rest of the flight. She was met by massachusetts state police which issued a summons.
