Narrative:

I was holding short of runway 24, to which I had been cleared. Another aircraft was told to cross runway 24 and to hold short of runway 19. I misunderstood, thought the instruction was for me, read back the instruction and crossed runway 24. The controller informed me that I had crossed the runway without authority/authorized. No specific problems occurred (ie, no aircraft had to deviate course or go around).

Title: A C172 PLT CROSSED AN ACTIVE RWY WITHOUT CLRNC AFTER ACCEPTING ANOTHER ACFT'S CLRNC.

Narrative: I WAS HOLDING SHORT OF RWY 24, TO WHICH I HAD BEEN CLRED. ANOTHER ACFT WAS TOLD TO CROSS RWY 24 AND TO HOLD SHORT OF RWY 19. I MISUNDERSTOOD, THOUGHT THE INSTRUCTION WAS FOR ME, READ BACK THE INSTRUCTION AND CROSSED RWY 24. THE CTLR INFORMED ME THAT I HAD CROSSED THE RWY WITHOUT AUTH. NO SPECIFIC PROBS OCCURRED (IE, NO ACFT HAD TO DEVIATE COURSE OR GO AROUND).
