In-flight, the propeller delaminated, shed pieces, causing vibration to the ship and engine. Attempted shutdown of the engine. Contacted tower (no avail), landed lake city airport. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated the aircraft was a ryan pt-22, restored world war 2 primary trainer. The reporter said the propeller is made of laminated wood and came apart in-flight.
