Narrative:

Taxi to takeoff with ground clearance, taxiway F to intersection F runway 19. I stopped at hold short line. Ground immediately told me 'you cannot stop there. You need to move to one side or the other.' I crossed taxiway east, thereby entering runway 19. I stopped plane on taxiway F clear of runway. Nonetheless, a runway incursion occurred. Contributing factors: 1) unfamiliar with field. 2) misunderstanding ground 'move to other side.' how discovered: I saw I was too close to runway and ground communication.
