Narrative:

I had been flying with the same first officer for 5 days when we realized that due to our extra flying the previous 4 days we accidentally were scheduled for 30.2 hours in a 7 day period. We stopped on the last leg from cedar rapids and notified crew scheduling. I feel this happened due to my lack of noticing and the crew schedulers not saying anything to me. I believe they knew about it but did not want to say anything to us about it. If they would have, our flight would have been canceled.
