Narrative:
I entered right traffic at birchwood airport. I was approaching the airport from the south and made an angled straight-in approach. During the approach I called out a right base. Birchwood airport is a published l-hand traffic for runway 1 which was in use. No traffic conflicts arose. On short final, I executed a go around for traffic exiting the runway. After that go around, I returned back to my home airport in anchorage.
