Narrative:
Air carrier aircraft xyz arrived at ZZZ with #3 tire flat spotted. Aircraft was a B727-100 type with heavy weight brakes installed. Inadvertently installed a tire with a light weight wheel rim assembly installed. Aircraft landed at ind and damage was found in the #3 brake assembly and #3 wheel rim assembly due to incompatibility. Wheel and brake assembly changed at ind without further incident.

Title: A B727-100 WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH THE INCORRECT MAIN GEAR WHEEL AND TIRE ASSEMBLY INSTALLED.
Narrative: ACR ACFT XYZ ARRIVED AT ZZZ WITH #3 TIRE FLAT SPOTTED. ACFT WAS A B727-100 TYPE WITH HVY WT BRAKES INSTALLED. INADVERTENTLY INSTALLED A TIRE WITH A LIGHT WT WHEEL RIM ASSEMBLY INSTALLED. ACFT LANDED AT IND AND DAMAGE WAS FOUND IN THE #3 BRAKE ASSEMBLY AND #3 WHEEL RIM ASSEMBLY DUE TO INCOMPATIBILITY. WHEEL AND BRAKE ASSEMBLY CHANGED AT IND WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.
