Narrative:
Prior to departure we were advised 5 aircraft slides had been loaded in bin #5. The captain checked the operations manual for the emergency action code. After completion of the flight, further research of the operations manual revealed only 1 slide is permitted to be loaded per bin.

Narrative: PRIOR TO DEP WE WERE ADVISED 5 ACFT SLIDES HAD BEEN LOADED IN BIN #5. THE CAPT CHKED THE OPS MANUAL FOR THE EMER ACTION CODE. AFTER COMPLETION OF THE FLT, FURTHER RESEARCH OF THE OPS MANUAL REVEALED ONLY 1 SLIDE IS PERMITTED TO BE LOADED PER BIN.
