Narrative:

I departed southend, england on a VFR flight to wick, scotland, and then on to return to the united states. This departure occurred at about XA00 local time. Upon leaving the immediate airport environment on an easterly heading, I contacted the london frequency given by the tower. I reported my location and direction of flight and proceeded a slow turn back toward the northwest to avoid flying close to any villages or towns due to the early hour. The london frequency alerted me that lakenheath airbase was on my route of flight and gave me a frequency to call. He also advised that stansted had called him and alleged that I had intersected their airspace and were reporting a flight violation. I did not understand how this could happen since I believed I was under radar advisory surveillance. I later learned that I was in communication with a controller who does not give radar vectors, but is what they call an 'information' service. I was told there were no other aircraft in the air at this time and there was no danger to persons or property but that stansted was having a problem in their area and wanted to make an example of someone.

Title: A PIPER PA32 PLT ENTERED CTLED AIRSPACE WITHOUT CLRNC AT ZZZ, FO.

Narrative: I DEPARTED SOUTHEND, ENGLAND ON A VFR FLT TO WICK, SCOTLAND, AND THEN ON TO RETURN TO THE UNITED STATES. THIS DEP OCCURRED AT ABOUT XA00 LCL TIME. UPON LEAVING THE IMMEDIATE ARPT ENVIRONMENT ON AN EASTERLY HDG, I CONTACTED THE LONDON FREQ GIVEN BY THE TWR. I RPTED MY LOCATION AND DIRECTION OF FLT AND PROCEEDED A SLOW TURN BACK TOWARD THE NW TO AVOID FLYING CLOSE TO ANY VILLAGES OR TOWNS DUE TO THE EARLY HR. THE LONDON FREQ ALERTED ME THAT LAKENHEATH AIRBASE WAS ON MY RTE OF FLT AND GAVE ME A FREQ TO CALL. HE ALSO ADVISED THAT STANSTED HAD CALLED HIM AND ALLEGED THAT I HAD INTERSECTED THEIR AIRSPACE AND WERE RPTING A FLT VIOLATION. I DID NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THIS COULD HAPPEN SINCE I BELIEVED I WAS UNDER RADAR ADVISORY SURVEILLANCE. I LATER LEARNED THAT I WAS IN COM WITH A CTLR WHO DOES NOT GIVE RADAR VECTORS, BUT IS WHAT THEY CALL AN 'INFO' SVC. I WAS TOLD THERE WERE NO OTHER ACFT IN THE AIR AT THIS TIME AND THERE WAS NO DANGER TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY BUT THAT STANSTED WAS HAVING A PROB IN THEIR AREA AND WANTED TO MAKE AN EXAMPLE OF SOMEONE.
