Narrative:

On 2 separate training flts on this day, I conducted flight training in an aircraft in excess of the required 100 hour inspection. My students both were aware of the inspection process and were both told by our dispatch that sufficient time remained before the inspection was due. The 'inspection due' sheet which is usually available for students and instructors to view, was unavailable on this day until it was completed late in the day by dispatch and the overflt was realized. This would have been easily avoided by making the non pilot dispatch personnel employed by our company aware of the serious nature of keeping this information current and available.
