Narrative:

Problem arose due to data block congestion on busy high departure sector -- not completely comfortable with new equipment. Radar controller initiated climb on B727 from FL350 to FL370 because next sector could not accept B727 at FL350. Conflict alert activated -- radar controller realized conflict and corrective actions were taken. B757 data tag was obscured at time of incident.
