Narrative:

After the main cabin meal service, I went to throw trash away in the main cabin galley. As I had my back turned, the galley flight attendant pulled an oven rack out of the meal cart to put back into the oven to keep warm. As I turned around, I backed into the metal oven rack, which wedged into the meal cart and did not move. As it hit my lower back, I quickly turned my head to see what happened. I had lower back and neck pain. The nurse at medical said I had muscle spasms in my lower back and probably had slight whiplash in my neck.
