Narrative:

Advanced throttles to takeoff power and takeoff warning horn sounded. Takeoff was aborted below 80 KTS, cleared runway and followed company limitations procedures. Reconfigured aircraft flaps and trim settings, rechked speed brakes stowed and speed brake flap warning check. Increased power above 1.4 EPR and takeoff warning horn sounded again. Takeoff was prohibited and returned to gate for maintenance. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated the cause of the takeoff warning horn sounding when throttles were advanced was a flap position switch.
