Narrative:

I was directed by quality assurance to change the work form on service bulletin XXXX from a code of 'not applicable' to 'checked and worked,' showing that it was done. Service bulletin YYYY was checked and worked on this N1. Service bulletin XXXX part 5.0 states that service bulletin YYYY terminates service bulletin XXXX -- one or the other service bulletins can be checked and worked, not both. I feel that I was misdirected by quality assurance in changing the work form.
