Narrative:
There is going to be a moored balloon that is notamed beginning on jun/xa/99 for 1 NM radius of the bna 053 degree radial, 018.2, 1700 ft and below. (This is also the M33 167 degree radial, 002.9.) this is the final approach course for the M33 gallatin, tn, GPS NDB runway 35 approach. This is a hazard to air navigation and similar to a situation in maryland where a bonanza hit the balloon able resulting in fatalities. The NDB approach hit the balloon cable resulting in fatalities. The NDB approach and GPS runway 35 approach should not be authority/authorized when the balloon is up.

Narrative: THERE IS GOING TO BE A MOORED BALLOON THAT IS NOTAMED BEGINNING ON JUN/XA/99 FOR 1 NM RADIUS OF THE BNA 053 DEG RADIAL, 018.2, 1700 FT AND BELOW. (THIS IS ALSO THE M33 167 DEG RADIAL, 002.9.) THIS IS THE FINAL APCH COURSE FOR THE M33 GALLATIN, TN, GPS NDB RWY 35 APCH. THIS IS A HAZARD TO AIR NAV AND SIMILAR TO A SIT IN MARYLAND WHERE A BONANZA HIT THE BALLOON ABLE RESULTING IN FATALITIES. THE NDB APCH HIT THE BALLOON CABLE RESULTING IN FATALITIES. THE NDB APCH AND GPS RWY 35 APCH SHOULD NOT BE AUTH WHEN THE BALLOON IS UP.
