Narrative:

In sep/98 I became aware that my ultrasonic and eddy current inspection qualifications would expire soon. The ultrasonic qualification had expired in jun/98. I did not willfully or intentionally or willfully perform non destructive testing tasks while unqualified. When I became aware of this problem, I notified management of this problem. At that time they certified me on their authority/authorized to continue non destructive testing tasks until the next series of courses were available.

Title: AN ACFT INSPECTOR BECAME AWARE OF QUALIFICATION ON EDDY CURRENT AND ULTRASONIC INSPECTIONS HAD EXPIRED.

Narrative: IN SEP/98 I BECAME AWARE THAT MY ULTRASONIC AND EDDY CURRENT INSPECTION QUALIFICATIONS WOULD EXPIRE SOON. THE ULTRASONIC QUALIFICATION HAD EXPIRED IN JUN/98. I DID NOT WILLFULLY OR INTENTIONALLY OR WILLFULLY PERFORM NON DESTRUCTIVE TESTING TASKS WHILE UNQUALIFIED. WHEN I BECAME AWARE OF THIS PROB, I NOTIFIED MGMNT OF THIS PROB. AT THAT TIME THEY CERTIFIED ME ON THEIR AUTH TO CONTINUE NON DESTRUCTIVE TESTING TASKS UNTIL THE NEXT SERIES OF COURSES WERE AVAILABLE.
