Narrative:

Attempting a simulated engine out at lakelawn airport (C59). Override was engaged for landing gear. Traffic back taxi on runway. Landed with gear up, on the runway. Corrective action: proper sequence of landing checklist should have been followed. Landing was controled with no damage to others or property. Minimal damage to our aircraft indicating this event was an incident not requiring me to notify any other agency, per far/aim part 830: specifically 830.5 and 830.15, accident or incident reporting.

Title: PLT OF A PIPER PA28 ARROW FORGOT TO PUT THE GEAR DOWN AND LANDED GEAR UP.

Narrative: ATTEMPTING A SIMULATED ENG OUT AT LAKELAWN ARPT (C59). OVERRIDE WAS ENGAGED FOR LNDG GEAR. TFC BACK TAXI ON RWY. LANDED WITH GEAR UP, ON THE RWY. CORRECTIVE ACTION: PROPER SEQUENCE OF LNDG CHKLIST SHOULD HAVE BEEN FOLLOWED. LNDG WAS CTLED WITH NO DAMAGE TO OTHERS OR PROPERTY. MINIMAL DAMAGE TO OUR ACFT INDICATING THIS EVENT WAS AN INCIDENT NOT REQUIRING ME TO NOTIFY ANY OTHER AGENCY, PER FAR/AIM PART 830: SPECIFICALLY 830.5 AND 830.15, ACCIDENT OR INCIDENT RPTING.
