Narrative:

Upon making the downwind call to request for touch-and-go, the tower operator and pilot stepped on each other and only the end of the tower's transmission was heard. The pilot then asked again for clearance. The tower operator then came back and said to turn your volume up and listen up. His total rudeness upset me and I, as PNF, told the tower our volume was fine and we were listening and he was broken. In keeping with his rude behavior, he then asked if any aircraft could hear him and was he broken. I came back and said it didn't matter if someone else heard him. We didn't. He then told us his radio was good and ours was bad. As we turned final he told us, cleared for touch and go and leave the pattern. Being the only aircraft in the pattern, I was the only one talking to this individual. I didn't land again because then we would be in the wrong. The tower controller does not have the authority/authorized to turn us away without special circumstances. None existed. We were the only aircraft in the pattern.

Title: PLT OF A C150 WAS INSTRUCTED TO LEAVE THE PATTERN AFTER TOUCH-AND-GO LNDG DUE TO ADVISING THE CTLR THAT HIS XMISSION WAS STEPPED ON OR BROKEN UP AND THAT HIS COMPLETE CLRNC WAS NOT HEARD.

Narrative: UPON MAKING THE DOWNWIND CALL TO REQUEST FOR TOUCH-AND-GO, THE TWR OPERATOR AND PLT STEPPED ON EACH OTHER AND ONLY THE END OF THE TWR'S XMISSION WAS HEARD. THE PLT THEN ASKED AGAIN FOR CLRNC. THE TWR OPERATOR THEN CAME BACK AND SAID TO TURN YOUR VOLUME UP AND LISTEN UP. HIS TOTAL RUDENESS UPSET ME AND I, AS PNF, TOLD THE TWR OUR VOLUME WAS FINE AND WE WERE LISTENING AND HE WAS BROKEN. IN KEEPING WITH HIS RUDE BEHAVIOR, HE THEN ASKED IF ANY ACFT COULD HEAR HIM AND WAS HE BROKEN. I CAME BACK AND SAID IT DIDN'T MATTER IF SOMEONE ELSE HEARD HIM. WE DIDN'T. HE THEN TOLD US HIS RADIO WAS GOOD AND OURS WAS BAD. AS WE TURNED FINAL HE TOLD US, CLRED FOR TOUCH AND GO AND LEAVE THE PATTERN. BEING THE ONLY ACFT IN THE PATTERN, I WAS THE ONLY ONE TALKING TO THIS INDIVIDUAL. I DIDN'T LAND AGAIN BECAUSE THEN WE WOULD BE IN THE WRONG. THE TWR CTLR DOES NOT HAVE THE AUTH TO TURN US AWAY WITHOUT SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES. NONE EXISTED. WE WERE THE ONLY ACFT IN THE PATTERN.
