The GLF4 was issued a descent clearance to FL280 and read back FL240. Due to the noise level and the new dsr equipment, the readback error was missed.

Narrative: THE GLF4 WAS ISSUED A DSCNT CLRNC TO FL280 AND READ BACK FL240. DUE TO THE NOISE LEVEL AND THE NEW DSR EQUIP, THE READBACK ERROR WAS MISSED.
