Narrative:

While awaiting parking at dfw, aircraft was stopped with a tailwind (15 KTS) for approximately 20 seconds. #1 fire warning was processed by aircraft's fire detection system. Possible contributing factor could be the tailwinds. 63 passenger and crew were evacuate/evacuationed and checklists accomplished. Since the #1 engine propeller was feathered, a corrective action could include prohibiting single engine or feathered propeller taxiing.
