Narrative:
Right after takeoff, about 13000 ft, the airplane hit turbulence -- 1 big jerk down. My knees buckled but was fine. The telephone rings, flight attendant #1 answers. Flight attendant #1 proceeds to tell me that flight attendants #2 and #4 are not doing well. Flight attendant #3 (I) went to the back to check on them. They were on their jump seats. Flight attendant #4 was pregnant. She said she was in the lavatory and hit her back on sink. Flight attendant #2 kneeling to get her stuff from her bag and fell back and hurt her neck. Flight attendant #4 was starting to have contractions. Flight attendant #2 advised the captain about flight attendant #2 and flight attendant #4 contraction. Captain made the decision to land in phx. Flight attendants #3 and #4 got off in phx.

Narrative: RIGHT AFTER TKOF, ABOUT 13000 FT, THE AIRPLANE HIT TURB -- 1 BIG JERK DOWN. MY KNEES BUCKLED BUT WAS FINE. THE TELEPHONE RINGS, FLT ATTENDANT #1 ANSWERS. FLT ATTENDANT #1 PROCEEDS TO TELL ME THAT FLT ATTENDANTS #2 AND #4 ARE NOT DOING WELL. FLT ATTENDANT #3 (I) WENT TO THE BACK TO CHK ON THEM. THEY WERE ON THEIR JUMP SEATS.
